Problem

This residential garage had bare concrete with visible wear, stains, and uneven absorption. Because of this, the surface was difficult to clean and prone to dust and moisture issues. Over time, regular vehicle traffic continued to degrade the concrete slab.

Solution

First, the concrete garage floor was mechanically ground to open the pores and remove surface contaminants. Next, a light gray flake epoxy system was installed, likely similar to a “silver creek” or “shoreline gray” blend. As a result, the garage now has a seamless epoxy floor built for parking, storage, and daily use.
